1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the FitsOnBoard website and its checkers, catalogues, comparisons and guides. FitsOnBoard is the publishing name used by this independent website. For questions, complaints or legal notices, contact hello@fitsonboard.com.

2. The service

FitsOnBoard provides a free informational tool that compares user-entered or catalogue bag dimensions with recorded airline baggage limits. No account is required. FitsOnBoard does not sell airline tickets, baggage allowances or bags and is not an airline or travel agent.

3. Accuracy and travel decisions

Airline rules, fares, aircraft and enforcement can change. Results depend on the values stored in our dataset and the dimensions you provide. They are guidance, not a guarantee that an airline will accept a bag. Measure the packed bag including wheels, handles and pockets, read the notes shown with a result and confirm the current rule directly with the airline before travel.

Our methodology explains how results are calculated and where the model has limitations.

4. Product information and external sellers

Product dimensions, prices and availability can change. Purchases are made from an external retailer, not FitsOnBoard. That retailer is responsible for the sale, payment, delivery, returns, warranty and applicable consumer rights. External websites have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Advertising and affiliate links

The site may display advertising. Product links marked “Ad” are affiliate links; if a qualifying purchase follows, FitsOnBoard may receive a commission. Commercial relationships do not change the fit calculation. See our Affiliate disclosure and product-selection policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful personal or business research. Do not:

• interfere with the site, test its security without permission or introduce malicious code;
• use automated access in a way that degrades availability or evades reasonable controls;
• misrepresent FitsOnBoard results as an airline guarantee or official airline advice;
• copy or republish protected content in a way that infringes applicable rights.

7. Intellectual property and third-party names

The FitsOnBoard interface, original text and software may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Airline and product names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their use for identification does not imply endorsement, approval or affiliation.

8. Availability and changes

Features, datasets and pages may be corrected, updated, suspended or discontinued. We may revise these terms when the service or applicable requirements change; the current version and its update date will remain available on this page.

9. Responsibility

Use the information with the checks described above. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FitsOnBoard is not responsible for airline decisions, missed travel, baggage charges, retailer performance or losses caused by relying on information after a source has changed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
