JetBlue cabin bag size
Everything you can bring on board JetBlue — sizes, weight and cost.
JetBlue cabin baggage explained
JetBlue includes one carry-on and one personal item on every current fare, including Blue Basic. The fare still affects boarding and other benefits, but it no longer removes the standard carry-on.
What your fare changes
The overhead bag is 22 × 14 × 9 in (about 56 × 36 × 23 cm), and the personal item is 17 × 13 × 8 in (about 43 × 33 × 20 cm). JetBlue does not publish a cabin weight cap provided you can stow the bag yourself.
What to check before you fly
Blue Basic boards later, so locker space may be less predictable even though the carry-on is included. Keep valuables and medicine in the personal item in case a compliant overhead bag is checked at the gate.

Cabin bag / carry-on ≈ 22 × 14 × 9 in. Included on all fares, including Blue Basic. | 56 × 36 × 23 cm 22 × 14.2 × 9.1 in | — | All fares | Free |
Worked bag-size example
Take a compact roll-aboard measuring 55 × 34 × 22 cm. Compare it with the cabin-bag limit of 56 × 36 × 23 cm.
The smallest dimensional margin is 1 cm, so the bag is within the size limit.
We compare the three outside edges after orientation, including protruding parts. A result with less than 0.5 cm of clearance is marked tight because measuring and packing can change the real size.
